Dr. Liz Goodrich is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and yoga-based recovery. She believes in a compassionate and holistic approach to recovery and loves to teach others about the body’s ability to heal.
In her free time, Liz loves to stay active by practicing yoga, running, strength training, playing tennis, rollerblading, and cross-country skiing. She also enjoys spending time in nature, especially when it’s with her friends and family.

Kelsey Harrold, ATC, LAT is a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer working with Classical High School and our Providence clinic. After injuring herself in high school, Kelsey became interested in learning more about physical therapy, and when she learned what athletic trainers do, she knew it was the job for her!
Kelsey hopes that through her work, she can educate the community on the role of athletic training and show everyone the importance of having an athletic trainer on hand. She is always encouraging her patients to keep a positive mindset and not get discouraged when they must take time off the field to heal.
When Kelsey’s not at the clinic or on the field, you can find her at the gym. Kelsey started dancing when she was 3 years old and took that passion all over the country to compete and attend different workshops. After retiring from dance after college, Kelsey continues to stay active by going for bike rides. When she’s not at the gym she loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Kelsey Russo is a Certified Athletic Trainer who works with Prout High School and our South Kingstown clinic. She loves to help students who want to work hard every day in improving themselves mentally or physically, as a person or as an athlete.
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Kelsey is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers. She now lives in South Kingstown and enjoys exploring new places around Rhode Island. She also enjoys going to the gym and watching movies.

Clinic Director Dr. Michelle Fuleky PT, DPT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, pelvic health, and women’s health. She enjoys treating each patient as a whole to assess how their body moves and how they can achieve their health and wellness goals in their entirety.
She has authored and presented on several topics including ACL reconstruction and rehabilitation for hip pathologies. She has also contributed to the physical therapy protocol for conservative treatment of femoral acetabular impingement and developed a test to determine if an athlete is ready to return to sports after knee surgery.
Michelle resides in East Greenwich with her husband, Norm, and their dog, Cole. When she’s not in the clinic, you can usually find her hiking, spending time with her friends and family, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. She also loves to travel and see different parts of the country and the world.

Amanda Tejada is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in the spine as well as balance and falls. She is passionate about educating her patients about the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and is always looking to expand her list of places to visit. She also loves learning about nutrition and its role in the overall health of the body. She keeps active by hiking and off-roading, but loves to spend time at home with her cat named Felix.

Salvatore Palermo MS, LAT, ATC is an Athletic Trainer who works with Ponaganset High School and our Woonsocket clinic. His passion for helping athletes recover from the conditions or injuries that are holding them back comes from his experience spraining his ankle in high school. After he recovered, he wanted to learn how to treat these types of injuries and has since gained clinical expertise in Emergency care, orthopedic injuries, rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, soft tissue techniques, and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques. He was also a recipient of the NATA Safe Sport School Award for Ponaganset High School 2019-2022 and the Rhode Island AThletic Trainers' Association Athletic Trainer of the Year in 2022.
In his free time, Salvatore likes to watch movies, play video games, and spend time with his friends. He also loves to watch sports and is a huge fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics.

Clinic Director Dr. Carolyn Rhoads is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, headaches, and balance & falls. She loves being a physical therapist because she can help patients return to the activities they love. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages and abilities and has worked with the Highbar Speed School, a comprehensive sports training and conditioning program for athletes. Carolyn has also worked with athletes training for the Special Olympics.
She loves to travel, explore new places, and experience new cultures – but only after her morning coffee! Carolyn likes to stay active by skiing and hiking with her husband. In her free time, she likes to work in her vegetable garden, spend time with her friends and family, and root for the Patriots!

Dr. Shannon Karbowski is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics and balance & falls. She loves to help patients achieve goals that they once thought were impossible. As a former softball player, she is passionate about empowering her patients to go out and do what they love.

Dr. Kevin Alexander is a Clinic Director at our North Kingstown clinic, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In addition, Kevin completed a post-graduate residency program in orthopedics and manual therapy. He currently serves as a Faculty Member for the Highbar Orthopedic Residency program.
A competitive track and field athlete right through college, Kevin suffered several injuries throughout his life. His own personal experience with physical therapy is what inspired him to pursue his career in the field. In addition to an athlete and an expert physical therapist, Kevin is a teacher. He has been instrumental in the development of many continuing education courses as well as mentoring and teaching both students and fellow physical therapists.
Kevin grew up and continues to live in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. He has a passion for golf and semi-annually volunteers at the Full Swing Golf RI, an event founded by his wife, teaching children with physical disabilities how to enjoy and play the sport of golf. In addition to golf Kevin enjoys snowboarding, lifting at the gym, landscaping, cooking and - of course - running. From a middle school cross country runner to a track and field college athlete Kevin now enjoys participating in road races with friends.

Dr. Emily Campagna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, balance & falls, aquatic therapy, and rowing. She loves helping patients reach the goals that allow them to participate in the activities they love. She also loves that her job as a physical therapy allows her to see the relief and happiness patient feels from improving their quality of life and function.
While Emily was growing up, she was an Irish dancer. She recalls that a physical therapist came in every week to provide her and the other dancers with an injury prevention program that the dancers could do independently. From this point on, she fell in love with the profession of physical therapy and decided she wanted to attend PT school.
Emily likes to keep active by running or cycling. She was a member of the Ithaca College Women’s Rowing & Sculling teams for four years and volunteered for the AIDS Ride for Life for six years. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her family and friends.

John Cacciapuoti is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in sports-related injuries and orthopedics. He is passionate about helping others overcome their injuries and reach their goals. John has also earned a certification as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy for Sports Medicine and is planning on returning to school to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
In his free time, he enjoys staying active. Whenever there is a Boston sports game on, you can usually find John cheering on the team at home or in the crowd!

Dr. Reid Holden is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, hockey, football, lacrosse, baseball, and rugby. After playing sports his entire life, Reid attended physical therapy to get him back on the field after some major injuries. His personal experiences at physical therapy and his love for working with people motivated him to become a physical therapist to help people do what they love.
While earning his degree, Dr. Holden provided free physical therapy services to the greater New Haven area. Through his time treating, he gained a true passion for sports rehabilitation and orthopedics. He is now an adjunct lab professor for orthopedics at Bryant University.
In his free time, Dr. Holden plays in local men's hockey leagues and loves spending his spare time hiking or relaxing at the lake.

Dr. Nicole Coogan is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, balance & falls, and pregnancy-related pain and dysfunction. She also has expertise in treating geriatrics and Parkinson’s Disease. Her passion for physical therapy is fueled by building relationships with patients while helping them achieve their goals.
After getting her DPT, Nicole traveled for two years, working as a physical therapist in a wide variety of settings. During that time, she also earned a certification in functional dry needling.
Nicole likes to stay active by hiking, kayaking, yoga, and going on outdoor adventures. She also loves spending time with family and friends, trying new foods and wines, and relaxing at the beach.

He is passionate about exercising and helping his patients achieve their personal best. Tod has earned certifications as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and in Functional Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Training.
In his free time, Tod enjoys lifting weights, running, playing golf, and snowboarding. Soccer is a huge part of his life, as he loves watching English Premier League and is an Assistant Coach for the boys' soccer team at Narragansett High School. When he’s not in the clinic or in the gym, he can be found attending to his yard in an attempt to create an outdoor oasis.
