Performance Physical Therapy, Highbar’s founding practice, is located at the corner of Douglas Ave and Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence. This clinic features a bright and spacious waiting room as well as a large open gym area and four private treatment rooms. With an LSVT specialist, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, vestibular specialists, and sports specialists, we are ready to help every patient live their happiest, healthiest life. Meet the Team

Clinic Director: Dr. Jake Broccolo PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Jake Broccolo PT, DPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in North Providence since 2022. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, post-surgical care, sports-related injuries, and balance and falls. From athlete to patient then physical therapist, Jake offers expertise in baseball and football injuries and training. He also enjoys helping older patients build their balance and mobility to reduce their risk of falls. He has earned certification in trigger point dry needling. In his spare time, Jake goes to the gym, rides his bike, and plays golf. He has also recently taken up rollerblading as a hobby!
