Dr. Emily Campagna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, balance & falls, aquatic therapy, and rowing. She loves helping patients reach the goals that allow them to participate in the activities they love. She also loves that her job as a physical therapy allows her to see the relief and happiness patient feels from improving their quality of life and function.
While Emily was growing up, she was an Irish dancer. She recalls that a physical therapist came in every week to provide her and the other dancers with an injury prevention program that the dancers could do independently. From this point on, she fell in love with the profession of physical therapy and decided she wanted to attend PT school.
Emily likes to keep active by running or cycling. She was a member of the Ithaca College Women’s Rowing & Sculling teams for four years and volunteered for the AIDS Ride for Life for six years. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her family and friends.
