Only 10 minutes from downtown Newport, this clinic is convenient for patients in the Middletown and Newport areas. It features a large open gym with turf and multiple private treatment rooms. Dr. Shawn Blankenship has been a Clinic Director in Middletown since 2022. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, post-stroke rehabilitation, and traumatic brain injuries. He’s passionate about connecting with his patients to educate and empower them in their recovery process. When he’s not in the clinic, Shawn enjoys playing golf, running, and road biking
Patty Harrington is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, as well as balance and falls. She is deeply passionate about helping bring back mobility and function to her patients. Patty has earned a certification in LSVT BIG and numerous accreditations as a Ski Instructor, including a PSIA Level III Telemark I and Children’s Specialist II.

Dr. Jade Medeiros is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Orthopedics, and injuries related to dance and gymnastics. Inspired by her gymnastics coach who was a physical therapist, Jade decided she wanted to pursue her career as a physical therapist from the age of twelve.
From gymnast to physical therapist, Jade’s passion for the sport has continued and in recent years she has worked on research related to predictive injury screening for gymnasts. In addition, Jade has completed many post-graduate certifications allowing for an advanced treatment approach.
Jade loves running, skiing, yoga, and hiking with her dog Layla in her spare time. Ask Jade to see a wedding photo and you will spot Layla, who was one of the bridesmaids.
