Performance Physical Therapy, Highbar’s founding practice, is located right above Atmed Urgent Care Center and across from Felicia’s Coffee on Post Road in East Greenwich. This clinic features an open gym area and a private treatment room. Our team includes a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, as well as a specialty in treating runners and in dry needling. Our physical therapists are ready to treat patients from all walks of life and will make you feel right at home through spirited discussions on food, sports, and a weekly riddle to make your mind work as hard as your body.

Meet the Team
Dr. Andrew Horton has been the Clinic Director in East Greenwich since 2010. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. His passion is helping patients reach their goals to get back to their sport, hobby, or everyday activity so they can live their best life. He has earned certifications in Functional Movement Systems, Selective Functional Movement Assessments, Dry Needling, and Clinical Integration. When he’s not in the clinic, Andrew stays active by playing soccer, hiking, wake surfing, playing spike ball, and biking. He also loves to travel and has visited many countries, including Thailand, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Guatemala.
Dr. Jaclyn DeCristoforo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, neurological diagnoses, balance & falls, basketball-related injuries, and the foot and ankle. She is passionate about being a physical therapist because she can see patients progress throughout their rehab program and reach their goals right before her eyes. She also loves that she can stay active throughout the day and use problem solving and creativity to help create a treatment plan for her patients.
In her free time, Jaclyn likes to stay active by hiking, playing basketball, running, skiing, golfing, or simply spending time outside. She watches all Boston sports but considers the Celtics to be her favorite team.

Luke may be a familiar face, as he worked as an Exercise Specialist at Highbar in the East Providence, Seekonk, and Warwick clinics.

He also served as a class instructor for URI’s weekly community Parkinson’s Disease exercise class.
When he’s not in the office treating patients, Dr. Wynsen is an active musician and performs live music at venues throughout RI! He also stays active by hiking, running, and playing tennis.
