Performance Physical Therapy, Highbar’s founding practice, is located on the third floor of Longplex Family & Sports Center in Tiverton. This clinic features a large open floor plan and access to a gym, soccer fields, basketball courts, sauna, salt room, steam room, and floor hockey arena. We offer trigger point dry needling and have specialty care in sports rehab. Our upbeat and experienced clinicians are ready to help you reach your goals, no matter if that’s to get back to work, sports, or recreational activities. One of our clinicians is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has completed a Fellowship at the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. With so many amenities in Longplex, patients can enjoy getting a bite to eat at the restaurant below the clinic after their appointments!

Dr. Danielle Cerrone PT, DPT has been the Clinic Director in Tiverton since 2022. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, vestibular, basketball injuries, soccer injuries, and running injuries. Her passion is helping patients get better and return to their favorite activities. She finds the community and relationships that she forms with her patients to be a deeply rewarding part of the recovery process. When she’s not in the clinic, Danielle enjoys working out, running, reading, and going to the beach. You can find her listening to Taylor Swift, or watching the latest Disney, Star Wars, or Marvel movie.
Brooke Spina is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and dance. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the assistance they need to build their confidence and improve their quality of life. As a dance teacher for 11 years, she understands firsthand how important it is to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys walks by the ocean with her dog, Zuko. She also loves to ski, snowboard, play video games, and host game nights with her friends.

Shaver PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT (she/her) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. She is passionate about working collaboratively, as a team, with her patients to help them reach their full potential and meet their personal goals.
Not only is she a lab instructor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Boston University, but she has also given presentations at universities and conferences on topics like pain neuroscience and gender discrepancies in medicine. Sarah has also published work in the Journal of Geriatric Physical Therapy.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking in the mountains, running, cross-country skiing, and reading on the beach. Most importantly, she has an adorable puppy named Beryl who calls the shots in her life!
