Performance Physical Therapy, Highbar’s founding practice, is located in the South County Commons plaza, the beautiful outdoor shopping center in South Kingstown. This clinic is easily accessible for patients who reside in Wakefield or other southern Rhode Island areas. It features large windows that bring lots of natural light to its open floor plan and three private treatment rooms. We offer specialties in sports-specific recovery and pregnancy and postpartum treatment. Our team fosters a positive and encouraging environment for patients to work on their treatment so they actually enjoy coming to their physical therapy appointments.

Meet the Team
Dr. Michelle Fuleky PT, DPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in South Kingstown since 2021. She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, pelvic health, and women’s health. She enjoys treating each patient as a whole to assess how their body moves and how they can achieve their health and wellness goals in their entirety. Throughout her career, Michelle has earned additional certifications in trigger point dry needling, selective functional movement assessment, and pelvic floor physical therapy. When she’s not in the clinic, you can usually find her hiking, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, or exploring a new place in the country or in the world.
Emma Wroblinski is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and massage. She is passionate about helping her patients feel empowered and equipped with the tools needed to manage their conditions.
In her free time, Emma enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing, and fishing. She and her husband reside in Coventry with their two children and two dogs.

She has also contributed to the physical therapy protocol for conservative treatment of femoral acetabular impingement and developed a test to determine if an athlete is ready to return to sports after knee surgery.
Michelle resides in East Greenwich with her husband, Norm, and their dog, Cole. When she’s not in the clinic, you can usually find her hiking, spending time with her friends and family, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. She also loves to travel and see different parts of the country and the world.

Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Kelsey is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers. She now lives in South Kingstown and enjoys exploring new places around Rhode Island. She also enjoys going to the gym and watching movies.
