This recently renovated clinic features a large open floor plan for functional training and many private treatment rooms. As Performance Physical Therapy’s hub for pelvic floor physical therapy, our clinic has many pelvic health specialists as well as a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified trigger point dry needling specialists, and a pediatric specialist. Our staff is committed to creating an atmosphere based on teamwork and community to make your recovery experience as enjoyable as possible.

Meet the Team
Greg Doucette MSPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in Warwick since 2013. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. He loves helping patients and hearing their stories, especially when he gets to see a patient have the “lightbulb” moment when they realize they aren’t broken and have the ability to get back to the activities they love. He is passionate about patient education and teaching the importance of core stability for sound functional movement. Throughout his career, he has earned additional certifications in dry needling and as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. When he’s not at the clinic, you can usually find him spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, soccer, or golf.
Dr. Allissondra Dutra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics, vestibular, and balance & falls. As a runner herself, she loves being able to help her patients live happy, productive lives without pain. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients by helping them achieve their activity goals. This passion has led her to actively volunteer with the Parkinson’s Place Gym in Warwick, where she assists those with Parkinson’s Disease with boxing, as it helps them work on their motor and vocal skills.
When she’s not in the clinic, Allissondra loves to run and participate in 5Ks! She is a fan of the Denver Broncos, Boston Bruins, and Boston Red Sox. In addition, she loves to travel and can’t wait to see where she goes next!

She enjoys reading, hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and gardening with her spouse and their two dogs. Chelsea loves horseback riding and is a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. In the past, she has volunteered as a judge for horse shows at the Special Olympics.
