Many of our clinicians are certified in trigger point dry needling and we offer specialties in pelvic health as well as pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Meet the Team
Dr. Jessica Roy PT, DPT, OCS has been the Clinic Director in Woonsocket since 2016. She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, neurological conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and women’s pelvic health. She is certified in trigger point dry needling and has experience in athletic training. When she’s not in the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
Dr. Emily Hutcheson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, dance, and aquatics. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and to watch them improve from their initial evaluation to their discharge.
When she’s not in the clinic, Emily loves traveling with her husband in their trailer and going kayaking. She also enjoys spending time at home with their two cats and two dogs.

In his free time, James enjoys hiking, traveling, chess, and watching the Boston Celtics. He also loves to play pickup soccer and support the Barcelona FC team. You can also find him spending time with his two dogs, Leo and Indiana.

Salvatore Palermo MS, LAT, ATC is an Athletic Trainer who works with Ponaganset High School and our Woonsocket clinic. His passion for helping athletes recover from the conditions or injuries that are holding them back comes from his experience spraining his ankle in high school. After he recovered, he wanted to learn how to treat these types of injuries and has since gained clinical expertise in Emergency care, orthopedic injuries, rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, soft tissue techniques, and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques. He was also a recipient of the NATA Safe Sport School Award for Ponaganset High School 2019-2022 and the Rhode Island AThletic Trainers' Association Athletic Trainer of the Year in 2022.
In his free time, Salvatore likes to watch movies, play video games, and spend time with his friends. He also loves to watch sports and is a huge fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics.
