Performance Physical Therapy, Highbar’s founding practice, is located inside the Tourister Mill along the Palmer River on Main Street in Warren. This clinic features tall ceilings and large windows that allow for natural light and beautiful sunset view in this restored historic brick building. Our clinic specializes in treatment of runners, swimmers, and triathletes looking to recover from a sports-related injury. We are well-equipped to help any patient who is looking to reduce their movement pains or limitations. Dr. Kourtney Wallick PT, DPT has been the Clinic Director in Warren since 2021. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, knees, and shoulders. Her experience in competitive swimming at the regional, collegiate, and national levels, as well as participating in regional gymnastics competitions gives her deeper insight into the importance of treating sports-related injuries through physical therapy. Throughout her career she has earned certification in trigger point dry needling. She’s passionate about being an active problem solver to help her patients recover from pain or injury. In her free time, she loves to stay active and spend time with her husband and son.
Haley Chaves is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and dance. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients so they can reduce their pain and increase their range of motion. Each year she takes a trip to the Dominican Republic to provide medical care and aid in construction projects that help develop the community of workers and their families.
In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling to her family’s land in Maine and spending time with her cat and dog. If there’s a Boston Bruins game on, she’s either watching it at home or at the arena.

In her free time, Emma enjoys keeping up with sports from her alma mater, Purdue University as well as her other favorite team, the Patriots. She stays active through playing a variety of sports, like running, weightlifting, skiing, and taking long walks with her dog, Bailey.
