Dr. Chelsea Sevigny is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, pelvic health, and women’s health. She is passionate about helping patients feel better and get back to their lives. She finds physical therapy to be a fulfilling career path where she has been able to meet many wonderful patients that she feels she can grow and learn from. The best part of her job is watching her patients walk out of the clinic with no pain and ready to take control of their lives.
She enjoys reading, hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and gardening with her spouse and their two dogs. Chelsea loves horseback riding and is a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. In the past, she has volunteered as a judge for horse shows at the Special Olympics.

Jaime Goss is a physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, women’s health, headaches, vestibular, balance & falls, dance, neuro, pediatrics, hockey, figure skating, and gymnastics. She has treated patients spanning from 25 weeks gestation in the NICU all the way through age 106! Her passion is to watch her patients transform from being scared, frustrated, or angry to becoming able to participate fully in life again.
In her free time, you can usually find Jaime with her husband, son, and their two tuxedo cats Speedway and Petrie.

Dr. Sarah N. Shaver PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT (she/her) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. She is passionate about working collaboratively, as a team, with her patients to help them reach their full potential and meet their personal goals.
Not only is she a lab instructor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Boston University, but she has also given presentations at universities and conferences on topics like pain neuroscience and gender discrepancies in medicine. Sarah has also published work in the Journal of Geriatric Physical Therapy.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking in the mountains, running, cross-country skiing, and reading on the beach. Most importantly, she has an adorable puppy named Beryl who calls the shots in her life!

Dr. William Campion is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and injuries related to the following sports: basketball, weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, and running. After working as an investigator for the district attorney's office for 2 years, Will realized he wanted to pursue a career in fitness since it had become such a huge part of his life over the years. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve their movement and activity goals.
He has volunteered for United Cerebral Palsy to help develop strengthening and agility exercises for children with cerebral palsy in 2010. He has extensive experience working with high school athletes performing running analyses, and prescribing orthotics/footwear. He also conducts strength and conditioning programs with several local high schools and municipalities, specifically police and fire departments.
Will loves spending time with his dogs and his wife. He enjoys staying active by running, hiking, lifting, and playing basketball. He has also been known to eat several pizzas in one sitting.

Yalis Chamberlin is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in general and post-surgical orthopedics, pediatrics, and aquatic therapy. She is passionate about helping her patients return to their favorite activities.

Stephanie Morris is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, manual therapy, sports injuries, and aquatic therapy. She loves building meaningful relationships and helping her patients move without pain.
In her free time, Stephanie likes to read, hike, travel, and watch the Patriots and Bruins play. She volunteers annually with the South Foster Fire Station 5K Road Race and the Kirkbrae Country Club Cancer Benefit and is a proud supporter of the RI SPCA.

Dr. Lisa DeCoste is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Highbar. She specializes in women’s health, dry needling, orthopedics, spinal rehabilitation, manual therapy, and TMJ.
Lisa traveled to Croatia with the USA Women’s Sailing team as the team's physical therapist in 2004. She has published in the New England Senior Tennis Foundation magazine. She has received the Humanics Award for leadership from Springfield College and was named one of Providence Business News’ 40 Under Forty Award winners in 2016.
As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Lisa has served the Rhode Island chapter as the secretary and currently serves on the Nominating Committee. Her knowledge and experience bring a wealth of information as a clinical instructor for students.
When she’s not working, she loves to spend her free time on her boat with her daughter, traveling all over the Narragansett Bay.

Dr. Molly Douglass is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, concussion management, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, CrossFit, weightlifting. She also specializes in injuries and conditions related to the knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle. Molly is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist who has earned additional certifications in dry needling and Emergency Medical Responder for Athletes. She’s passionate about connecting with her patients and helping them recover from injuries so they can achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
In her free time, Molly enjoys hiking, weightlifting, skiing, snowboarding, and traveling. You can always find her cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and the Buffalo Bills.

Dr. Kara Chace is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, women’s health, concussions, dry needling, and balance & falls. She also serves as a Regional Director for Highbar. Kara loves meeting new people and helping them to reach their goals, whether that be to get back to work or enjoy life pain-free. Throughout her career, she has gained certifications in functional dry needling and hippotherapy, which is the use of horseback riding as a therapeutic or rehabilitative treatment, especially as a means of improving coordination, balance, and strength.
She has previously volunteered at Greenlock Therapeutic Riding and is actively involved in community programs that support our youth including K-Rob and the RI Special Olympics. Dr. Chace also volunteers as a project advisor at Barrington High School and North Smithfield High School.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kara likes to spend time with her family and go to sporting and concert events. She keeps active by hiking, skiing, swimming, playing soccer, and biking.

Dr. McKenzie Talbot is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, the spine, sports-related injuries, pelvic health, women’s health, headaches, myofascial release, and the sacroiliac joint. She is passionate about the recovery process and helping her patients reach their movement or function goals to live a happy and full life. Previously a competitive soccer player, figure skater, and ski racer, McKenzie understands the importance of an active lifestyle and recovery process. She earned certifications in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and Pelvic Health from the American Physical Therapy Association.
In her free time, McKenzie enjoys traveling, exploring, going to concerts, reading, cooking, and spending time with her friends, family, and beloved puppy Reggie! Dr. Jade Medeiros is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Orthopedics, and injuries related to dance and gymnastics. Inspired by her gymnastics coach who was a physical therapist, Jade decided she wanted to pursue her career as a physical therapist from the age of twelve.
From gymnast to physical therapist, Jade’s passion for the sport has continued and in recent years she has worked on research related to predictive injury screening for gymnasts. In addition, Jade has completed many post-graduate certifications allowing for an advanced treatment approach.
Jade loves running, skiing, yoga, and hiking with her dog Layla in her spare time. Ask Jade to see a wedding photo and you will spot Layla, who was one of the bridesmaids.

Dr. David Pavao is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in manual therapy, acute and chronic spine pain, headaches, sports injuries, TMJ, and vertigo. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and serves as Highbar's Chief Clinical Officer. In his role as Clinical Officer, Dave oversees the professional development of clinical staff, which includes the Highbar Student Curriculum, the Mentoring for Highbar onboarding program, and the Highbar Orthopedic Residency, as well as in-house continuing education to ensure our clinical team and patients have an exceptional experience at Highbar.
He is currently an adjunct professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at his alma mater, where he earned the Academic Excellence Award as a student and the Outstanding Alumni Award in 2013. Dave also serves on the Legislative Committee of the Rhode Island American Physical Therapy Association.
When Dave isn’t treating patients or ensuring that all clinical staff at Highbar are staying up to date on current clinical standards, he loves spending time with his wife Michelle and his 2 children, Aiden and Grace. He likes to stay active by playing soccer and tennis and coaching Aidan's soccer team.
