Clinic Director Dr. Jordan Madigan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, and headaches. He is passionate about showing patients their true potential, whether it is recovering from an injury or illness or through technique/performance adjustments. Growing up in a small rural town, Jordan was involved in every sport and activity he could find, mostly basketball and Australian Rules Football. After attending physical therapy for multiple minor sports injuries, Jordan began to develop a good relationship with the physical therapists who treated him. His physical therapists showed such a passion for patient care. Over time, they inspired him to pursue an education in physiotherapy, shaping him into the physical therapist he is today.
Originally from Australia, Jordan loves to stay active by playing Australian Rules Football for Boston, taking his rescue dog hiking, and playing pickup basketball with his friends. He also loves visiting breweries in Rhode Island and playing golf.

Dr. Zebulon Shalginewicz is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and balance & falls. He is passionate about using exercise as medicine to help his patients reach their goals, whether that be decreasing pain, increasing strength, or improving mobility.
In his free time, Zebulon enjoys walking his dog, exercising, and cheering on the Celtics and Tottenham Hotspur. He keeps active by running, playing soccer or ultimate frisbee, and going to the gym.

Brooke Spina is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and dance. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the assistance they need to build their confidence and improve their quality of life. As a dance teacher for 11 years, she understands firsthand how important it is to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys walks by the ocean with her dog, Zuko. She also loves to ski, snowboard, play video games, and host game nights with her friends.

Gregory Doucette MPT, OCS is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. He loves helping people and hearing their stories. He finds it rewarding to see a patient have the “lightbulb” moment when they realize they aren’t fragile or broken and they can get back to the activities they love. His passion is patient education and teaching the importance of core stability for sound functional movement.
When he’s not spending time with his family or friends, Greg loves to play basketball, soccer, and golf. He and his family are season ticket holders for Quinnipiac basketball and return to campus frequently to support their alma mater.

Dr. David Pavao is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in manual therapy, acute and chronic spine pain, headaches, sports injuries, TMJ, and vertigo. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and serves as Highbar's Chief Clinical Officer. In his role as Clinical Officer, Dave oversees the professional development of clinical staff, which includes the Highbar Student Curriculum, the Mentoring for Highbar onboarding program, and the Highbar Orthopedic Residency, as well as in-house continuing education to ensure our clinical team and patients have an exceptional experience at Highbar.
He is currently an adjunct professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at his alma mater, where he earned the Academic Excellence Award as a student and the Outstanding Alumni Award in 2013. Dave also serves on the Legislative Committee of the Rhode Island American Physical Therapy Association.
When Dave isn’t treating patients or ensuring that all clinical staff at Highbar are staying up to date on current clinical standards, he loves spending time with his wife Michelle and his 2 children, Aiden and Grace. He likes to stay active by playing soccer and tennis and coaching Aidan's soccer team.

Jaimie Moura is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and sports-related injuries. She is passionate about being a part of the process of helping patients reach their goals and loves that she can treat patients in the same town she grew up in.
When she isn’t treating patients, she is likely reading or spending time with her family. As a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Bruins, she loves attending sporting events. Jaimie may not readily admit it, but she is also a reality TV show addict!

Dr. Jeremy Kuznitz is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics. His passion is to provide his patients with the tools to help them take their power back, heal their bodies, and improve their function. Jenny Romano-Joseph is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and gymnastics. Her passion is working with an active patient population to ensure they can maintain their fitness and improve performance. She was inspired to become a physical therapist after she was treated for her own sports injuries during her career as a gymnast. In previous roles, Jenny worked as a traveling physical therapist for over 8 years and treated patients of all types throughout the country.

Dr. Jade Medeiros is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Orthopedics, and injuries related to dance and gymnastics. Inspired by her gymnastics coach who was a physical therapist, Jade decided she wanted to pursue her career as a physical therapist from the age of twelve.
From gymnast to physical therapist, Jade’s passion for the sport has continued and in recent years she has worked on research related to predictive injury screening for gymnasts. In addition, Jade has completed many post-graduate certifications allowing for an advanced treatment approach.
Jade loves running, skiing, yoga, and hiking with her dog Layla in her spare time. Ask Jade to see a wedding photo and you will spot Layla, who was one of the bridesmaids.

Dr. McKenzie Talbot is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, the spine, sports-related injuries, pelvic health, women’s health, headaches, myofascial release, and the sacroiliac joint. She is passionate about the recovery process and helping her patients reach their movement or function goals to live a happy and full life. Previously a competitive soccer player, figure skater, and ski racer, McKenzie understands the importance of an active lifestyle and recovery process. She earned certifications in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and Pelvic Health from the American Physical Therapy Association.
In her free time, McKenzie enjoys traveling, exploring, going to concerts, reading, cooking, and spending time with her friends, family, and beloved puppy Reggie! Dr. Kara Chace is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, women’s health, concussions, dry needling, and balance & falls. She also serves as a Regional Director for Highbar. Kara loves meeting new people and helping them to reach their goals, whether that be to get back to work or enjoy life pain-free. Throughout her career, she has gained certifications in functional dry needling and hippotherapy, which is the use of horseback riding as a therapeutic or rehabilitative treatment, especially as a means of improving coordination, balance, and strength.
She has previously volunteered at Greenlock Therapeutic Riding and is actively involved in community programs that support our youth including K-Rob and the RI Special Olympics. Dr. Chace also volunteers as a project advisor at Barrington High School and North Smithfield High School.
When she’s not in the clinic, Kara likes to spend time with her family and go to sporting and concert events. She keeps active by hiking, skiing, swimming, playing soccer, and biking.

Dr. Molly Douglass is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, concussion management, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, CrossFit, weightlifting. She also specializes in injuries and conditions related to the knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle. Molly is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist who has earned additional certifications in dry needling and Emergency Medical Responder for Athletes. She’s passionate about connecting with her patients and helping them recover from injuries so they can achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
In her free time, Molly enjoys hiking, weightlifting, skiing, snowboarding, and traveling. You can always find her cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and the Buffalo Bills.

Dr. Lisa DeCoste is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Highbar. She specializes in women’s health, dry needling, orthopedics, spinal rehabilitation, manual therapy, and TMJ.
Lisa traveled to Croatia with the USA Women’s Sailing team as the team's physical therapist in 2004. She has published in the New England Senior Tennis Foundation magazine. She has received the Humanics Award for leadership from Springfield College and was named one of Providence Business News’ 40 Under Forty Award winners in 2016.
As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Lisa has served the Rhode Island chapter as the secretary and currently serves on the Nominating Committee. Her knowledge and experience bring a wealth of information as a clinical instructor for students.
When she’s not working, she loves to spend her free time on her boat with her daughter, traveling all over the Narragansett Bay.
