Clinic Director Dr. Michelle Fuleky PT, DPT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, pelvic health, and women’s health. She enjoys treating each patient as a whole to assess how their body moves and how they can achieve their health and wellness goals in their entirety.
She has authored and presented on several topics including ACL reconstruction and rehabilitation for hip pathologies. She has also contributed to the physical therapy protocol for conservative treatment of femoral acetabular impingement and developed a test to determine if an athlete is ready to return to sports after knee surgery.
Michelle resides in East Greenwich with her husband, Norm, and their dog, Cole. When she’s not in the clinic, you can usually find her hiking, spending time with her friends and family, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. She also loves to travel and see different parts of the country and the world.

Kelsey Russo is a Certified Athletic Trainer who works with Prout High School and our South Kingstown clinic. She loves to help students who want to work hard every day in improving themselves mentally or physically, as a person or as an athlete.
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, Kelsey is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers. She now lives in South Kingstown and enjoys exploring new places around Rhode Island. She also enjoys going to the gym and watching movies.

Kelsey Harrold, ATC, LAT is a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer working with Classical High School and our Providence clinic. After injuring herself in high school, Kelsey became interested in learning more about physical therapy, and when she learned what athletic trainers do, she knew it was the job for her!
Kelsey hopes that through her work, she can educate the community on the role of athletic training and show everyone the importance of having an athletic trainer on hand. She is always encouraging her patients to keep a positive mindset and not get discouraged when they must take time off the field to heal.
When Kelsey’s not at the clinic or on the field, you can find her at the gym. Kelsey started dancing when she was 3 years old and took that passion all over the country to compete and attend different workshops. After retiring from dance after college, Kelsey continues to stay active by going for bike rides. When she’s not at the gym she loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Dr. Liz Goodrich is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and yoga-based recovery. She believes in a compassionate and holistic approach to recovery and loves to teach others about the body’s ability to heal.
In her free time, Liz loves to stay active by practicing yoga, running, strength training, playing tennis, rollerblading, and cross-country skiing. She also enjoys spending time in nature, especially when it’s with her friends and family.

Dr. Molly McCausland is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics. After a high school basketball injury required her to seek out physical therapy, she decided she wanted to pursue a career where she could help people and build relationships with patients.
Molly volunteers with START All Sports Adaptive Camp and Humanics in Action.
When she’s not in the clinic, Molly likes to spend time with her friends, especially if it’s outdoors. She also loves New England sports teams, so you can usually find her watching whichever game is on that day!

Patty Harrington is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, as well as balance and falls. She is deeply passionate about helping bring back mobility and function to her patients. Patty has earned a certification in LSVT BIG and numerous accreditations as a Ski Instructor, including a PSIA Level III Telemark I and Children’s Specialist II.
In her free time, you can usually find Patty with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys golfing, gardening, and sitting with nature. She’s currently learning how to play the guitar and mandolin!

Dr. Allissondra Dutra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics, vestibular, and balance & falls. As a runner herself, she loves being able to help her patients live happy, productive lives without pain. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients by helping them achieve their activity goals. This passion has led her to actively volunteer with the Parkinson’s Place Gym in Warwick, where she assists those with Parkinson’s Disease with boxing, as it helps them work on their motor and vocal skills.
When she’s not in the clinic, Allissondra loves to run and participate in 5Ks! She is a fan of the Denver Broncos, Boston Bruins, and Boston Red Sox. In addition, she loves to travel and can’t wait to see where she goes next!

Dr. Nadja Goulart is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics, balance & falls, yoga, post-stroke care, Parkinson’s Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis. She became a physical therapist to help patients improve their quality of life through a hands-on, holistic approach that emphasizes improving function. Her passion is helping patients understand the connection between the mind and body, so they can work towards the wellness of their entire self – mind, body, and spirit.
When she’s not treating patients in the clinic, Nadja loves reading science fiction novels, watching comedies, cheering for the Patriots, and spending time with her family. She loves to keep active by doing weight training and maintaining a consistent yoga practice.

Dr. Shawn Blankenship is the Clinic Director at our Middletown clinic and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, post-stroke, and traumatic brain injuries. He’s passionate about connecting with his patients to educate and empower them in their recovery. In his past roles, Shawn has served as an Adjunct Professor for Seton Hall University’s Physical Therapy program.
When he’s not in the clinic, Shawn enjoys playing golf, running, and road biking. You can usually find him rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes or spending time with his wife and dog.

Clinic Director Dr. Mikaela Caracciolo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, balance & falls, CVA, Parkinson’s Disease, MS, and other neurological conditions. She loves helping her patients get back to the activities they love and motivating them to achieve the goals they didn’t think were possible.
She has served as the Assistant Coach for Rock Steady Boxing, a boxing class for those with Parkinson's Disease, and volunteers in the medical tent at the MS challenge walk in Cape Cod each year.
In her free time, Mikaela loves to practice her photography skills, watch the Patriots or Red Sox, go skiing, practice her boxing skills, and play softball. She also likes to explore and try out new or different restaurants – so she is always looking for recommendations!

Lance Howard is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, headaches, and cervical and lumbar joints. He loves that he can help people recover from injury, improve their function or quality of life, and help patients return to the activities they love.
He is also a Clinical Instructor for PTA students and a mentor at Highbar and East Providence High School. He has volunteered as a coach with Riverside Little League, St. Luke Soccer, and the American Youth Soccer Organization.
When he’s not in the clinic, Lance loves spending time with his wife, Jennifer, his 2 children, Emily and Alex, and his dog, Milo. He enjoys staying active by skiing, golfing, boating, and hiking, but is always looking for places to travel for his next adventure!

Dr. Andrew Wynsen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics. He loves educating patients on their conditions and working as a team to empower them to return to a fulfilling life without pain. While in college, his passion for physical therapy led him to become a member of the Planning Committee for the URI Academic Health Collaborative’s “Building a Culture of Health” conference. He also served as a class instructor for URI’s weekly community Parkinson’s Disease exercise class.
When he’s not in the office treating patients, Dr. Wynsen is an active musician and performs live music at venues throughout RI! He also stays active by hiking, running, and playing tennis.

This passion led her to start Full Swing Golf RI, a nonprofit organization for children with amputations and disabilities to learn and play golf alongside local professionals.

Dr. Aaron Branco is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, knees, and the following sports-related injuries: soccer, weightlifting, basketball, tennis, skiing, and rock climbing. After suffering sports injuries of his own, Aaron attended physical therapy to get him back on the field. His personal experiences at PT motivated him to become a physical therapist. His passion is getting athletes back to playing their sport with confidence. Aaron also speaks fluent Portuguese.
In his free time, he plays for a local men’s soccer club called Providence City FC. Aaron also enjoys fishing on the weekends.

In her spare time, you can find her attending New England Revolution soccer games behind the net in the supporter’s section. Her love for the team led her to meet her husband, who is also an avid soccer fan! She is also actively involved with the Rhode Island Chapter of the American Parkinson's Disease Association and has participated in their Rock Steady Boxing program and their Annual Race/Walk/Run for PD.

Throughout her career, she has earned certifications in trigger point dry needling and pelvic health. With her experience as an athletic trainer, she is also an expert in treating athletes and sports injuries.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Roy likes to spend her time outside the clinic with her family and enjoys cooking as well as traveling. A New England sports fan, she roots for the Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruins.

Erin Botelho MSPT, OCS, is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics, women’s health, shoulder injuries, and knee injuries. Her passion is learning about each patient and their experiences, fears, and successes in order to help them reach their goals. She believes that treating the injury may help the pain but treating the person will allow them to get back to their lives and the activities they love.
When she’s not treating patients or shuttling her children from dance rehearsals and sports practices, she loves spending time in the quiet outdoors and eating good food. She and her family love to escape their busy schedules by visiting Cape Cod and soaking up the salty air to re-energize. She has also begun testing out her green thumb and welcomes any gardening tips from her patients!
